Drake and Caia story starts in "Stolen" you must read that first for "Severed" to continue the story. Dani' is an amazing author and makes this story unbelievably outstanding. This for sure is a dark romance but one you can't put down. I couldn't stop reading to see what would happen next. Drake has grown up in a world where no child should ever have to grow up. Caia was stolen into that world and then taken from it. Drake and Caia both felt strong feelings towards each other but they had to figure out if they needed each other to survive or needed to be apart to try to survive.
