Gannon has given up on finding happiness. Work is all he has and he’s not going to let anyone get in the way. Carys is Tate’s best friend. Tate happens to be Gannons little brother. She has always had a crush on him, but she would never hurt her best friend. Neither of them was ever going to let anybody know about their feelings. The more he sees Carys the more he feels he might be able to feel again.
