Man Dani's book are such page turners and this one doesn't disappoint. Nea has had a lot of loss in her life and she's not looking for anymore. Moving to the state her mother grew up in was always her dream. She has to find a job and discover this city. Once she finds a job she never expected to work for such an unhappy man, but she won't let him bring her down. Julian wants nothing but to shut himself up in his house and never see another human. But he has to run his gallery and when he hires his new assistant she starts to crack his world open. They have to work together but will either of them let the other into their hearts.
