Collision by Leaona Luxx

I had the privilege of reading and ARC copy. Leaona makes the Highway 17 series better and better with every book. Reese is a lawyer and thought she was intelligent until she sees the most gorgeous man she's ever seen, with blue eyes that make her melt. Walker is also a lawyer and has not let himself be happy for years, he tries to ignore the red head he sees from across the room thinking she's to good for him and he won't ruin her life too. But both of their feelings are to strong and they can't ignore the pull they feel towards each other. 
Walker has done some stupid things in his life and takes it all to heart, but loosing his sister at the hands of a monster is the thing that haunts him the most. How can he get Reese out of his system so he doesn't hurt her? Well he can't. After many meetings and trying to ignore each other they both give into their feelings, but Reese's past keeps coming back to show her she doesn't deserve to be happy; or does she?
Collision is the best name for this story, they collide, crash, die a little on the inside; but both hope they can make it out on the other side. Together and happy. 
Thank you Leaona for letting me share in this wonderful series. I fell in love with Highway 17 from the 1st book and I continue to wait on pins and needles to be able to meet more of these wonderful people who are family by choice. Blood doesn't always make you family, but staying together and helping each other do!!!
