 So many ups and downs, but what a book to start a series. Couldn't put it down and can't wait for the next one! So many thoughts and feelings during this entire story. Almost makes you want to keep your ho-hum life and not find out what the monsters are and if they are hiding all the secrets no one wants to find out.

 Diamond in the rough: OMG I LOVE Skye. Her books pull you in and don't let you up! This story doesn't disappoint. There are so many secrets and forbidden truths you don't know who's telling the truth and who's not. Skye brings her characters to life, Elijah is a darn handsome hero and Holly doesn't think she can handle him but she proves us all wrong being a strong independent woman. 

Gold Mine:  Skye keeps you on the edge of your seat and you can't put this book down. Gold Mine is the second book in Elijah and Holly's story. They might come from different worlds but neither of them can deny even if they want to the feelings they have for each other. There a many things that try to tear them apart but they seem to keep finding each other. I can't wait to get the next book and find out more about them and to see if happiness will finally come into their lives. 

Silver Lining:   Elijah and Holly comes to a close and what a close it is! Elijah and Holly are hiding from things they know will find them at some point. They both want to protect the other, but is it safer for them to separate or stay together? Well their hearts make up their minds and they can't be apart, until they are torn apart and they both will do anything and everything to find the other. This is a superb ending to the Diamond Series. It's as hot and steamy as it has you on the edge of your seat.
